Que faire pour pouvoir me connecter à Hettich eShop ?

La connexion à Hettich eShop est exclusivement réservée aux clients du secteur industriel et aux partenaires commerciaux disposant d’un compte client chez Hettich. Tous les autres utilisateurs tels que les menuisiers, les ébénistes ou les consommateurs finaux ont, par contre, la possibilité de mettre les articles souhaités dans le panier et de les commander chez un de nos partenaires commerciaux Hettich.

Pourquoi dois-je tout d’abord me connecter dans la boutique Hettich eShop pour pouvoir ajouter des articles dans le panier ?

La fonction « Commande » de la boutique Hettich eShop est exclusivement réservée aux clients du secteur industriel et aux partenaires commerciaux disposant d’un compte client chez Hettich. C’est pourquoi, uniquement les titulaires d’un compte client ont la possibilité de remplir le panier. Les autres utilisateurs tels que les menuisiers, les ébénistes ou les consommateurs finaux ont, par contre, la possibilité de mettre les articles souhaités dans leurs « Favoris » et de les commander chez un de nos partenaires commerciaux Hettich

Comment puis-je configurer et acheter mes articles dans la boutique Hettich eShop, même si je ne dispose pas d’un compte client Hettich ?

Si vous souhaitez acheter des articles sans disposer d’un compte client Hettich, veuillez remplir le panier. Vous pouvez regrouper ici tous les produits nécessaires et les commander directement chez l’un de nos partenaires commerciaux Hettich.
Vous pouvez exporter la liste des articles également en format CSV (sous forme d’un tableau Excel). Les boutiques des revendeurs permettent souvent l’importation de données CSV. Avec votre liste Excel, vous pouvez commander directement chez l’un de nos partenaires commerciaux Hettich.

Comment puis-je, en tant qu’utilisateur, sans m’être connecté à la boutique Hettich eShop, mémoriser un état intermédiaire pour les articles nécessaires ?

Sauvegardez les articles dans votre panier et exportez cet état intermédiaire sous forme de fichier CSV lorsque vous souhaitez interrompre votre recherche d’articles. Vous pouvez ensuite télécharger ce fichier CSV via le panier et continuer à le travailler.

Pourquoi est-ce que, dans la boutique Hettich eShop, les données DAO ne correspondent pas toujours exactement au produit ?

Hettich réduit la taille des fichiers afin de vous faciliter le téléchargement et le traitement ultérieur. Les dimensions de l’espace de construction et les positions de fixation correspondent à la réalité.

Où puis-je trouver les formats des données DAO dont j’ai besoin dans la boutique Hettich eShop ?

Vous pouvez choisir directement sous la description du produit sélectionné, sous « Hettich DAO » le format que vous souhaitez télécharger parmi un grand nombre de formats de données DAO disponibles.

Y-a-t-il également des données DAO pour tous les articles dans la boutique Hettich eShop ?

Pour la majorité de nos articles, nous mettons les données DAO correspondantes à votre disposition. – Votre article n’a pas encore de données DAO ? Envoyez-nous alors tout simplement un e-mail en indiquant l’article respectif et le format de données DAO dont vous avez besoin à info@hettich.com

Où puis-je m’informer du statut de ma commande dans la boutique Hettich eShop ?

En tant qu’utilisateur enregistré, vous trouverez toutes les commandes dans la section « Mon compte » sous « Historique des commande ». Vous y trouverez le statut de votre commande et les informations de suivi.

Can I save different delivery addresses in the Hettich eShop for a frequently used item?

Yes you can, in the "My account" domain under "Address book" you can save different delivery addresses and select them later on for your orders.

Where can I find item prices in the Hettich eShop?

As a logged in user, you can see your net purchase price directly on the item.

Where in the Hettich eShop can I see whether an item is available?

As a logged in user, you can see directly on the item whether this is in stock. You will then receive the exact delivery date with the order confirmation.
As a guest user, you can view item availability through the retailer of your choice.

Can I still change a submitted order in the Hettich eShop before it is shipped?

This is not possible directly in the eShop. Please get in touch with your Hettich contact person if you wish to make subsequent changes to your order.

Is it possible to have several users for a customer account in the Hettich eShop?

Yes it is, please get in touch with your Hettich contact person.

Can I view my invoices and delivery notes in the Hettich eShop?

Yes, you can. You can download the invoices and delivery notes for your order through the "Order history".

How can I change my customer data in the Hettich eShop?

You can't change your customer data yourself. Please get in touch with your Hettich contact person if you wish to make changes.

I am looking for a replacement for a Hettich furniture fitting, where can I find help?

Please contact the vendor of your furniture directly first as there may be warranty cover, or the vendor will provide a replacement on a goodwill basis. If this is not an option, please send 3 to 4 informative photos (mounting situation, overall view of the fitting, detailed views) and a brief description of the fitting to info@hettich.com.

Where can I get replacements for my refrigerator hinges and other fittings in household appliances?

Please contact the appliance manufacturer directly first for replacements as there may be warranty cover or the manufacturer may provide a replacement on a goodwill basis. If this is not an option, please send 3 to 4 informative photos (mounting situation, overall view of the fitting, detailed views) and a brief description of the fitting to info@hettich.com.
