Login & Ordering

How can I get a login for the Hettich eShop?

The Hettich eShop can only be logged in to by industrial customers and retail partners with a Hettich customer account. The following option instead is available for all other users such as joiners, carpenters or consumers: you can put your chosen articles into the cart and then order them from one of our Hettich retail partners.

Why do I first have to log in to the Hettich eShop before I can add items to my cart?

The Hettich eShop's ordering function is only enabled for industrial customers and retail partners with a Hettich customer account. This means the shopping cart can only be filled by logged in customer account holders. The following option instead is available for all other users such as joiners, carpenters or consumers: you can put your chosen articles on the "Favourites list" and then order them from one of our Hettich retail partners

How can I collate and purchase my items in the Hettich eShop without a Hettich customer account?

If you wish to make purchases without a Hettich customer account, please place them in the cart. This is where you can easily collate all the products you need and then order them from one of our Hettich retailers.
You can also export the item list in CSV format (Excel spreadsheet). Retailer shops often support the process for importing CSV files. Using your Excel list you can order direct from one of our Hettich retail partners.

As a user not logged in to the Hettich eShop, how can I save an interim list of the items I need?

Save the items in the cart and export this interim list as a CSV file if you wish to pause your article search. You can upload this CSV file again later on through the cart and continue working on it.

Why doesn’t the CAD data in the Hettich eShop always correspond exactly to the product?

Hettich reduces the file size to make it easier for you to download and process. Fitting space dimensions and fastening positions are a true reflection of the actual situation.

Where can I find the CAD data formats I need in the Hettich eShop?

You can choose from a variety of CAD data formats for your download directly under the description of the selected product.

Is CAD data available for all items in the Hettich eShop?

We can provide you with the associated CAD data for the majority of our items. – Is your item is not yet included? If it isn't, simply send us an email stating the item in question and the CAD data format you require to info@hettich.com

Where can I view my order status in the Hettich eShop?

As a logged in user, you will find all orders in the "My account" domain under "Order history". This is where you will find your order status and tracking information.

Can I save different delivery addresses in the Hettich eShop for a frequently used item?

Yes you can, in the "My account" domain under "Address book" you can save different delivery addresses and select them later on for your orders.

Where can I find item prices in the Hettich eShop?

As a logged in user, you can see your net purchase price directly on the item.

Where in the Hettich eShop can I see whether an item is available?

As a logged in user, you can see directly on the item whether this is in stock. You will then receive the exact delivery date with the order confirmation.
As a guest user, you can view item availability through the retailer of your choice.

Can I still change a submitted order in the Hettich eShop before it is shipped?

This is not possible directly in the eShop. Please get in touch with your Hettich contact person if you wish to make subsequent changes to your order.

Is it possible to have several users for a customer account in the Hettich eShop?

Yes it is, please get in touch with your Hettich contact person.

Can I view my invoices and delivery notes in the Hettich eShop?

Yes, you can. You can download the invoices and delivery notes for your order through the "Order history".

How can I change my customer data in the Hettich eShop?

You can't change your customer data yourself. Please get in touch with your Hettich contact person if you wish to make changes.

I am looking for a replacement for a Hettich furniture fitting, where can I find help?

Please contact the vendor of your furniture directly first as there may be warranty cover, or the vendor will provide a replacement on a goodwill basis. If this is not an option, please send 3 to 4 informative photos (mounting situation, overall view of the fitting, detailed views) and a brief description of the fitting to info@hettich.com.

Where can I get replacements for my refrigerator hinges and other fittings in household appliances?

Please contact the appliance manufacturer directly first for replacements as there may be warranty cover or the manufacturer may provide a replacement on a goodwill basis. If this is not an option, please send 3 to 4 informative photos (mounting situation, overall view of the fitting, detailed views) and a brief description of the fitting to info@hettich.com.
