关于柜体吊码的承载能力和配件的信息
在使用柜体吊码和配件时，必须遵守以下基本承重规范：
- 本公司不对家具的设计、材料的选用及制造质量承担保证责任。
- 墙体的材料质量及状况均不在本公司的保证范围之内。
- 我们提供的吊码挂钩必须与墙面用胀栓配合使用，并且仅适用于安装在实心砖、实心砂石灰砖、混凝土或工程用砖上。必须在墙面上钻一个直径为 8 mm 的孔，并将塑料墙面用胀栓敲入孔内，使其与墙面齐平。吊码挂钩必须拧入足够的深度，以确保其至少有 10 mm 的长度突出于墙面。
- 对于其他墙面材料的安装，必须使用商用的专业型安装部件。
- 胀栓和螺丝的型号必须相互匹配。不得使用普通刨花板螺丝替代墙用螺丝。
- 安装挂轨：
- 每个吊码旁边都配有 2 颗 ø 5.5 x 50 mm 的特殊螺丝
- 当柜体宽度超过 900 mm 时，须在每个柜体背面的中间位置额外安装 1 颗 ø 5.5 × 50 mm 的特殊螺丝（A 型、B 型和 H 型）。 - 无独立柜体吊码时不得安装附加部件，如端层板。
- 家具制造商/经销商须确保所销售的家具符合销售地所在国家或地区的 EN 14749 家具安全标准的相关规定。
